Handcrafted Quality
Each macramé piece is individually handmade with care, patience, and attention to detail. Because of this, no two items are ever exactly alike. Small variations in color, knotting, or texture are part of the charm of handmade work and are not considered defects.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away with photos so we can make it right. Replacement or refund options will be provided promptly.
